Details: All-around skill development program for athletes with <1 year of volleyball experience. Basic skills training with an emphasis on proper form, mechanics and defining the necessary skill set needed to progress in the sport.

*Insurance will need to be purchased through Sportlomo. Insurance for recreational athletes is valid from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025 so this fee will only need to be paid once during this period. If you played for a club other than Action, your Sportlomo membership will need to be transferred to Action.
