Coach Wayne is an educator in the Fraser Valley region and has a passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes. This is no different on the volleyball court. His love of the game started at a young age and he continues to share his love of the game today through coaching. He has coached both girls and boys programs at the club and highschool levels and has most recently coached at the U15 and U16 level as a head coach and an assistant in the club system. He brings a perspective on learning the game through a statistical and mindful lens.
